Groups are met by a member of our staff to go over the house upon their arrival. Guests are greeted with a welcome package including snacks and local suggestions.

Don't be fooled by owners who rent dilapidated homes or steal your security deposit. We have hundreds of satisfied individuals (the responsible ones) who have rented our homes.

NOTE: Our homes are among the nicest homes in Wildwood that will rent to groups under 25. We expect our homes to be treated as your own. Wildwood Police aggressively enforce wild underage drinking and parties. In short, do not expect to re-enact MTV's "Jersey Shore" in our homes.

This gorgeous and spacious condo features four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Located on the top floor of a two-story condo unit, our favorite feature is its huge overhanging balcony and expansive ocean views. Inside, guests are invited into a warm and tastefully decorated home.

In the great room area, you will find comfortable seating complemented by a High Definition LCD television, DVD player, and high speed cable Internet. Adjoining the great room room is a newly furnished kitchen with a dining table that seats 6. The breakfast bar on the kitchen will seat another 4. The kitchen provides plenty of space to maneuver, along with a full array of gourmet cooking utensils and appliances.

Down the main hallway, guests will find a fully stocked washer and dryer, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and closet storage. The first bedroom has 2 twin over twin bunks (4 twin beds total), a dresser, and a closet. Next is another bunk-bedroom, which also provides 2 twin over twin bunks (another 4 twin beds total). In the Master Bedroom, you will find a queen sized bed, a full bathroom, and cable television. Finally, the fourth bedroom includes another queen bed. A second full bathroom with shower and storage closet is found adjoining the hallway.

This house has one of the best locations possible in the Wildwoods. Guests are only a half block from both the famous Wildwood beaches and boardwalk. The garage provides parking for one car, while the driveway provides another parking space. Everything you need to entertain for an entire week is within close walking distance.
