This wonderful townhouse is a modern 2,300 sq. foot property that boasts a spacious 3 story, 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath layout. One of the most spacious rental homes in the heart of Wildwood!

The first floor consists of a large master bedroom with a huge full bath that is handicap accessible. Guests are also treated to a 32” TV, and a front entry hallway.

Upstairs, the second level Great Room features a widescreen Plasma HDTV along with a fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, high-speed internet, iPod-ready stereo, DVD player, and stylish beach vacation decor. Joining the Great Room on the second floor is a large deck, complete with outdoor furniture and a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and morning sunrise. A large dining room, a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, and half bath are also found on the second floor. The kitchen and living area are on different floors from all of the bedrooms, giving you the opportunity to either sleep comfortably, or entertain without becoming a distraction. The dining area seats up to 8 people, with a breakfast bar that seats 4 more.

The third floor features a master bedroom suite with a full bath, and a private balcony providing a wonderful ocean view and seating. The suite also contains a 32” TV and large closet. Also on the third floor are two additional bedrooms and a full bath. Both bedrooms contain two twin over twin bunks to accommodate larger groups (4 Twin beds in total). Each bedroom also provides a closet, cable TV, and a ceiling fan. The top floor also has a laundry room containing a full size washer and dryer and includes a stock of basic laundry supplies.
