This condo is on the top floor of a two-story condo unit. This home is wonderful for groups of 10-12 people who still require ample bedding arrangements and quality amenities. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a dining area, kitchen, living area, and garage parking for two cars. It is an end unit, meaning much of the walls provide pure glass views and you don’t share any walls with other units. It is also equipped with beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home.
In this condo guests are greeted by a living area containing a comfortable sleeper sofa, loveseat, HD widescreen plasma TV, DVD, wireless high-speed Internet, and a fireplace. The adjoining deck boasts wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean, which is just steps down the street. The dining area seats six people. It is furnished with a gorgeous large dining table and chandelier. The fully loaded gourmet kitchen contains all of the utensils and appliances you would require during your vacation stay.
Down the adjoining hallway are a full bathroom, fully stocked laundry area, and 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds. The second bedroom also has a pair of twin beds. Finally in the master bedroom, you will find a queen bed, full bathroom, cable television, and spacious closet. In the family room, you may make use of two sleeper sofas. We can also provide cots by request. We have installed brand new additional bedding and amenities for 2010!
