Groups are met by a member of our staff to go over the house upon their arrival. Guests are greeted with a welcome package including snacks and local suggestions.

Don't be fooled by owners who rent dilapidated homes or steal your security deposit. We have hundreds of satisfied individuals (the responsible ones) who have rented our homes.

NOTE: Our homes are among the nicest homes in Wildwood that will rent to groups under 25. We expect our homes to be treated as your own. Wildwood Police aggressively enforce wild underage drinking and parties. In short, do not expect to re-enact MTV's "Jersey Shore" in our homes.

This first floor condo is ideal for smaller groups that still require ample bedding arrangements and quality amenities. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a dining area, kitchen, living area, and garage parking for two cars. It is an end unit, meaning much of the walls provide pure glass views and you don’t share any walls with other units.

Upon entering the unit, guests are greeted by a living area containing a comfortable sofa, loveseat, HD widescreen plasma TV, DVD, high speed internet, and a fireplace. Connecting the area is a deck that boasts wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean just steps down the street. The dining area seats six people. It is complimented by a nice dining table and chandelier. The fully loaded gourmet kitchen contains all of the utensils and appliances you would require during your vacation stay.

Down the adjoining hallway is a full bathroom, fully stocked laundry area, and 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a twin bed along with a full bed. The second bedroom has a twin over twin bunk, and a twin over full bunk. Finally in the master bedroom, you will find a queen bed, full bathroom, cable television, and spacious closet.

This is one of the best deals available in the Wildwoods. It’s location as a beach block end unit on the thriving Wildwood Avenue is absolutely unbeatable. 309 East Wildwood is a gorgeous condo with comfortable amenities and magnificent views of Wildwood and the Atlantic Ocean.
